At our Holiday Kids Club, we believe in cultivating a supportive and inclusive environment where children can grow spiritually and develop lasting friendships. Our dedicated team of guides and mentors will provide a nurturing space ensuring that every child feels seen, heard, and loved. Every volunteer will have relevant Working With Children’s Check. 1. What ages does it cater to?
Primary Aged Students; Kindergarten to Year 6

2. What kind of activites will they be doing?
There will be short performances, games, craft, board games and Bible-based teaching
3. Are meals provided?
Yes – morning tea and lunch. We are likely to provide specific dietary requirements upon request (e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free, halal). Please provide information on the registration form and contact Amy on amyl@cabra.church if you would like to discuss further.

Yes – if you are registering multiple children from your immediate family, you are eligible for a discount.
If you have two children get a 25% discount on the second child with the code 2kids
If you have three children, your second child will get a 25% discount and the third will get a 50% discount with the code 3kids
For four or more children, use the code 4pluskids
Further discounts may be available if cost is a barrier. Please speak to Amy at amyl@cabra.church
5. What kind of leaders will there be?
We have a mixture of leaders from our church who will help lead and look after the children. From fellow parents with children in the program to university students. All leaders attending will have a cleared Working with Children’s Check.
6. Is there a nurse or first aid personnel available on-site?
Yes, there will always be at all times. Please see registration form for permission to administer first aid if needed.
7. Is there anything that students need to bring?
Please bring a drink bottle and a hat.
8. Can children with special needs attend?
Yes! Please let us know how we can help assist with nurturing your child. We are not professionals and welcome a parent/carer to attend.
9. What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. We will issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please speak to Amy at amyl@cabra.church to discuss.
